How To Target Local Restaurant Customers

As a local business, your customers are nearby. If you can't deliver to other cities make sure your ads aren't being shown there? Instead, focus on showing ads to people who can easily drive to your restaurant or order for delivery.
How To Setup Your Targeting in 4 Steps
Step 1: In you ads manager account navigate to your active campaign and go to the ad set level.
Step 2: Scroll down to you "audience controls" and locations. The default locations might be set to Vietnam. Click "edit" to change the settings.
Step 3: Enter either the name of your restaurant or an your restaurant address.
Step 4: Edit the km

I suggest setting the radius between 2-3km to start if you are in a highly populated city like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh . After your ad runs for a while you can start to increase the radius. I choose a 2-3km to start because the closer customers are the easiest to convert.
